Bri Steve's come from a single parent household, born in Philadelphia and raised in Wilmington, DE. Coming from a strong family of independent women, Bri always prided herself to represent a woman of excellence. She fell in love with the arts when she was very young. Coupled with her Christian faith and strong backing, Bri's mission in life was to inspire/motivate youth culture and women; especially of African decent. Bri is currently a double major in Public Relations and Spanish. She also currently hold the title of Co-President for Black Diamonds Union and Special Events Chair for NCNW on temple's campus. In her spare time, she focuses heavily on the arts and pride herself in being a woman of many hats.

Bri Steve's style of rap aims to represent a female MC who does not have to be sexualized or overly thuggish to make good music. She stand to reach younger girls to encourage that it is possible to be educated, have morals and be successful, even as a rapper. As her growth as a rapper continued, Bri began to gear towards creating music with purpose and meaning while acknowledging being apart of the usually misunderstood generation Y. Bri  style and flow is mainly influenced by old school hip hop. She stands to prove encourage the next generation to stand up to the plate as our next leaders, through reaching the youth through one of its most revered influences: music.
